Getting Started

What internet bandwidth do I need?


Our service uses the latest H264 technology which offers the best compression and quality of streams. Most of our sports channels are in 60FPS (frames per second). However when changing the channel the H264 protocol may spike higher to begin showing the picture. Due to the above our service requires a minimum 20 Mbps internet connection. (per connection/device) If you want to watch 2 TV’s at the same time you will require a minimum 40 Mbps for optimal viewing experience. Please use only Our speedtest tool before purchasing a subscription. Our speedtest will give you an accurate result of the speed your device is getting to our servers. When running speedtests, always run the speedtest on the device you're using to stream/watch. Example: if you're using an Android Box, you will need to open the web browser on your android box and run the speedtest. Do not use your phone to check the speed of your android box or vice versa. Speedtest link: https://speed.apg.ooo/ Our speedtest is divided into 3 sections: First section: Info about your connection. Your IP address, your Internet Service Provider, and country.
Second section: This section is the actual speed tests, which is divided into 3 main tests.
First test - CloudFront is a speedtest from a CDN of amazon (to emulate local speedtest - 1 connection)
Second test - Live TV Server is the server you are playing live streaming from. Third test - VOD Server is the server you are playing VOD content from. *The servers you're testing with, are the servers you're streaming from, this will show an accurate picture on how your network can handle GordoTV service. Please be aware that you must get minimum of 20Mbit bandwidth in order to use our service without interruptions.




What is GordoTV?


GordoTV is a streaming service that offers you Live TV from around the world, a wide variety of award-winning TV shows, movies, anime, documentaries, and more.

You can watch as much as you want, whenever you want without a single commercial – all for one low price. There's always something new to discover and new TV Shows and movies are added every week.
We don't provide adult Channels.




Where can I see my susbcription expiration date?


TV:

  • You Should be able to see your expiration date in the Year/Month/Day format as indicated below.
Mobile:
  • Go to "Settings"
  • You Should be able to see your expiration date in the Year/Month/Day format as indicated below.




What devices can I watch on?


You can watch GordoTV on a vast number of devices including Smart TV, Fire stick, Apple TV, Android TV, Android Boxes, Mobile, Tablet & Laptop. To setup and install on your devices see the setup guides here Mag Box and Portals and xstream code URL NOT SUPPORTED.




How do I subscribe?

  2. Select the subscription period you want by clicking "Buy"

If You're a new customer you will need to signup and fill in your details. Recurrent customers can sign in.
You have two payment options: Option 1 - Credit Card Payment
Option 2 - Paypal
Once paid, your account will be activated immediately and a email will be sent to your registered address with your login details.




4 Day Free Trial


At GordoTV we offer a unrestricted 4 day free trial, so that you can really test out our service. Only 1 trial per customer with no extension so please be sure to sign up when you have time to test us out. Start your free trial here.





Can't Watch / Troubleshooting

Live TV & VOD buffers or freezes / General Troubleshooting


Sometimes you may experience buffering due to insufficient bandwidth, and sometimes a bug in the system. To experience GordoTV as smooth as possible don't use WiFi nor any type of extended system, for best result use Wire Ethernet Cable only to your device.

  1. Go to "Profile & Settings"

2. Select "Log Out"

3. Sign In again with your details. 4. Clear your device cache (Only Android devices). To clear your device cache do the following:
  • Go to "Profile & Settings"
  • Scroll down and select "Clear Cache"
5. Turn off and unplug your streaming device.
6. Turn off and unplug your internet router and leave for one minute.
7. Turn on your internet router. Keep in mind that your internet router will take several minutes to start up and during that time you will not be able to access the internet. 8. After your internet router have started up and your internet is running, turn on your streaming device, Login & try to load the content If the problem persists please run our speed test. When running speed tests, always run the speed test on the device you're using to stream/watch. Do not use your phone to check the speed of your streaming device or vice versa. 9. Go to "Profile & Settings" 7. Select "Launch Speed test". Laptop & PC Users will need to open the web browser on that device and run the speedtest. If you're getting speeds higher than 20Mbit, and still having difficulties, please take a screenshot of the the whole screen and contact us with the screenshot.




I get the message bad email or password


  1. Reset your device.
  2. After resetting the device, make sure that you're typing in the M3U link correctly. if you're using Startup Show. If you're using GordoTV app make sure you're typing in your email and password correctly, as these fields are case sensitive
  3. Visit our Installtion section and select your device for step by step guides, to double check you're typing in the correct information for your device.
  4. If the problem persists contact us or leave us a message in our chat.
  5. Important: Please send us a screenshot of the full m3u link you typed. Be sure to let us know what Device (LGTV, firestick, ipad, android box, etc) and apps you are using in order for us to help you as quickly as possible.




Error code 403


If you are experiencing the error "invalid response code 403" it is likely your ISP is blocking our service and you will require to buy a VPN to watch our service, one known ISP that causes this issue is AT&T. Visit our Blog for more information.




IPs exceeded limit code 429


This message is usually due to switching channels too quickly, making the system think you're using more connections than you're allowed. To fix this simply slow down the speed of switching channels, or slow down when you are scrolling through the TV guide channels. Other possible reason is due to using more connections/streams/ips than allowed.




Audio & Video out of sync and other Audio & Video Issues


You have the ability to switch the player type, for both VOD and LiveTV. This can help when experiencing audio or video issues such as no sound issue, sound out of sync, background noise only, video not starting, or no video and hearing only sound. Some devices run in to some issues when using a particular player, thus the ability to change between players. Usually this helps when one experience issues with video and audio out of sync. TV:

  • Go to profile & settings.
  • Change the Player type based on the content you want to switch (LiveTV or VOD).
Mobile:
  • Select "Settings"
  • Change the Player type based on the content you want to switch (LiveTV or VOD).




Unauthenticated Error


If you receive an on screen error Unauthenticated:

  1. Go to "Profile & Settings"
2. Scroll down and select "Log out"

3. Sign In again.

4. Go back to "Profile & Settings" 5. Select "Clear Cache" 6. Force close the app. Make sure you are using the latest version of the app available for your device. Installation instructions can be found at www.gordotv.com/waystowatch 7. Sign In again. If the problem persists please contact us at info@gordotv.com





Watching GordoTV

How many devices can be used at once?


You can watch up to 5 streams (TV, Phone, Laptop, Computer etc) on one (1) network at a time. Example: John lives in Europe. John has 3 TVs and 2 cell phones in his family home. John can use all of these 5 devices at the same time on the same wifi in his home ✅ -John can NOT ✖️use his cellphone to watch a stream at work while his kids are at home watching at the same time on the family TV. -If John turns off his tv (streams) at his home he can ✅ then use his phone at work or on the go. In USA, Mexico & Canada only, you can watch up to 5 streams on two (2) different networks at a time. Example for USA, Canada and Mexico only: John lives in USA. John has 2 tv's, 1 laptop, and 2 cellphones within his family. John can ✅ use all of these 5 devices at the same time at home or have 4 tvs watching streams at home while his wife is at work or on the go on her cellphone (2 networks). This is allowed in USA, Canada and Mexico only. Notes:

  • There is no geographical IP lock.
  • We do not offer discounts for less connections.
  • If you need more than the 5 devices you will need to purchase additional accounts using a different email.
  • You can install the apps on as many devices as you want, that doesn't count as "watching", only "watching a stream" counts as 1 stream.
  • Switching channels too quickly can cause our system to think you are using more devices than allowed and you will receive a message "Device Limit Reached". To avoid this simply change channels a little slower and the system will reset itself automatically in a short amount of time.
  • Multi-view apps such as TiVimate where multiple channels are watched count as separate streams. 4 channels in multiview = 4 streams etc.




How do I change the timezone?


TV:

  • Go to "profile & settings"
  • Use the + / - Signs to increase or decrease the timezone.
Mobile:
  • Go to "Settings"
  • Use the + / - Signs to increase or decrease the timezone.




Do I need a VPN?


If you are from the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) a VPN is mostly needed. Some users located in the USA may also need a VPN during Prime Time only. As well, some users in the UAE may need a VPN. We've noticed UK ISP (Internet service provider) are blocking our servers during Main Event Games, and causing our whole entire service not to work during that time ONLY for users that are located in UK region. We advise you to bypass this issue by using a VPN. You'll see black screen or just empty error while its happening. If your service is working, and your ISP isn't blocking our service, then you don't need a VPN. Our service is highly encrypted, no one can know besides you what you're watching or doing. We use RSA 4096 with sha256 Encryption, which is higher than what your bank uses, so you can be safe knowing you are safe with us.

Why we don’t support Israeli users?


Clients based in Israel are not supported as a result of local ISP issues.
If you are willing to take the risk and sign up, you take full responsibility for any issues and are not to contact support regarding any buffering/streaming problems or refund issues.

Can I use other apps rather than Startup Show or GordoTV app?


You're free to use any app of your choice keeping in mind that with any other apps, you will only be able to watch the Live TV category only. Also you will need to have your M3U link at hand. Other apps that we recommend are GSE IPTV for iOS devices and TiVimate for Android devices.




I Can't find my M3U Link, or don't remember my Email or Password


Tthey are two ways of recovering your M3U Link is easily: Option 1: You can find all your login details in the email thas was sent to you when you first signed up with us. Option 2:

  • Enter Your Email & Password, then select the Log In button.
  • Select the bell 🔔 icon.
  • Select "Profile"




UAE Users


Customers in the UAE are reminded to use a VPN when unable to watch due to the blockage impossed by the government at times. Visit out Blog for more info.




Can I request Channels, Movies & Shows?


We do NOT accept Movie request. We do NOT accept Shows request. We do NOT provide Adult channels We do NOT accept channel request.

Account & Billing

Do you take reocurring payments?


Our service is not setup for reocurring payments. You will never be charged by GordoTV automatically.

Each time your service is about to expire, our system will send you reminder e-mail.
We will never charge you automatically, so if you want to cancel a future payment, you don’t need to do anything else.




Can I get a refund?


Before asking for a refund, did you try to talk to customer support?
Our customer support may be able to help you resolve the matter.

If you want to get a refund for your subscription, below is our policy:

  • You’re eligible for a refund if you request it within 5 days of the time you paid, and if you did not had the free trial.
  • We don't do refund for customers located in the UAE, as we can't guarantee the service there due to government blockage.
If the requirements are met, please send an email to info@gordotv.com explaining why you want a refund.




How do I renew my subscription?

Once paid, your account will be activated immediately. You can also renew your subscription before your current subscription expires, and the remaining days will add up automatifcally, so you don't need to wait until your current subscription is expired to renew it.




Do you store credit cards?


We do not store any card on our site. For every purchase you will need to type in your card details or pay with PayPal.
